Our Creative Placements programme offers paid work placements exclusively to members of the Blueprint Collective aged 18 - 26. The aim is to bring new talent into our team, and to offer young people with a strong connection to the borough credible experience and valuable insight into how a creative organisation works.
All of our work placements are paid at London Living Wage and offer networking, advice, and skills development, alongside the opportunity to work closely with the Brent 2020 team and get involved in real life projects such as Brent Biennial and No Bass Like Home.
We are committed to supporting young people from all backgrounds across Brent in developing skills and making informed choices about their future. We believe that it's important that they get to access the full range of experiences that shape their creative career pathways.
To apply you must be a member of Blueprint Collective and you can join here. No previous experience is needed, just enthusiasm, interest and a willingness to learn and get stuck in. You'll also need to be between 18 - 26 years old, currently living, working or studying in the Borough of Brent, and have National Insurance as proof of permit to work.
Please return the application form by the deadline date to firstname.lastname@example.org, ensuring you include "Creative Placement" along with the title of the role you're applying for in the email subject line.

It is important to us that our programmes are accessible. Please let us know if you would like to submit your application in a different format by contacting Assistant Producer, Dhiyandra Natalegawa: email@example.com or 07498488093.
